As traffic congestion in South Florida continues to worsen, the Miami Herald highlights the impact this has on South Florida businesses in an article dated May 17, 2015. Dr. Tony Villamil, Founder and Principal of The Washington Economic Group, Inc. (WEG) said that, “Development becomes a sword that cuts both ways if infrastructure can’t keep up.
